Items ship as they become available. You can ship to one address per order.
Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item will be delivered to you.
The Telematic Online Store offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, simply select the speed of service that best suits your requirements.
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item is prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
You can visit the Telematic Online Store to view your Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.
For carrier deliveries you can track the status of your order via the carrier company's online shipment tracking application, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To track your order, simply enter your tracking number into the appropriate place on the carriers website.
On the Account page you can view the current status of your order, view the items ordered, see estimated dispatch and delivery times and track your delivery.
The ‘Ships’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.
The ‘Delivers’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
All estimates are based on business days.
Our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, consider shipping the item to an address where someone will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses.
We ship to many countries around the world. The Telematic Online Store accepts orders from many countries allowing shipments to all listed countries except Canada. Within the boundaries of Canada, only Canadian customers may ship to Canadian addresses. If you would like to purchase Telematic products from outside Canada, please enter your desired country and associated shipping address while you're checking out.

Express Delivery is available for most in-stock items for an additional charge. After you have entered your shipping information during checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping method. Shipping and handling charges and estimated delivery times will be listed for all available shipping methods.
