Welded External Diaphragm and Process Connection

This process connection is comprised of a metal diaphragm welded flush to the process face of a 1” MNPT pressure port, thereby eliminating both the port cavity and the O-Ring. O-Ring degradation and failure are no longer a concern, thus providing a cleaner and safer work environment, improving process reliability and reducing operating costs.
The Flush-Mount Process Connection is also suitable for processes which are highly viscous and prone to plugging conventional 'cavity-type' process ports by providing the sensing element direct access/contact to your process, much as a Remote Seal does.
Eliminate the requirement for a remote seal by using the Flush-Mount Welded Diaphragm.
